JD for Pre Sales
- Responsible for handling the customers enquiries
- New leads/ Follow up calls / Rechurn /Cold Calling
- Briefing the real estate project details with USP.
- Understand the customer requirement and allocate to the respective Project /Sales team.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for Site Visit
- Followup with customers for the Visit and take the feedback
- Manage customer relationships, update the internal database
- Periodic Visit to the Project Site to understand the development
- Working Days
- Six days a week (Including Weekends) will be eligible for a one staggered weekly off during weekdays.
- Job Location : Bengaluru
- Excellent communication skills and ready to work in shifts.
- Languages preferred
- Kannada, English, Hindi
