Description

• Design and develop architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications for various construction projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, and translate them into feasible architectural designs.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using computeraided design (CAD) software and other architectural tools.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements throughout the design and construction process.
• Oversee the implementation of architectural projects, including coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other specialists to integrate their expertise into architectural designs.
• Review and evaluate contractor bids, proposals, and construction documents to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architecture and construction.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 45 years of professional experience as an Architect, with a focus on architectural design and project execution.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in computeraided design (CAD) software and other architectural tools.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fastpaced environment.
