Responsibilities

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Marketing of products to hospitals and surgeons
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Client and customer communication

Requirements and skills:


  • Proven experience as a backoffice assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
  • Knowledge of "backoffice" computer systems
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • He /She must have a two wheeler, sometimes should be able to deliver a item or meet the purchase officer of the hospital.

Salary:
Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
