Responsibilities
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Marketing of products to hospitals and surgeons
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Client and customer communication
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a backoffice assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of "backoffice" computer systems
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- He /She must have a two wheeler, sometimes should be able to deliver a item or meet the purchase officer of the hospital.
Salary:
Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
