6) To make, get approved and follow lesson plans

7) Maintain Dairy on system

8) Conducting Exams and carrying out assessment as per Plans

9) Ensuring safety of Students

12) Conducting monthly PTM -to Connect with each family.

Non-Teaching Activity-

1) Distributing books, uniform, stationery.

2) Home Visit

3) Conducting extracurricular activities as per Saturday Plan.

4) Monitoring Fees deposits.

Innovations And Creativity
1) Ensure creativity in Artistic /Vocation manners and motivate children into music, Dance, Art, Theatre, Drama.

2), Educational trips and picnics etc and encourage Student Participation.

3) Ensure new teaching methods / teaching aids in your class

Self Development
1)Update personal skills through participation in Seminars/ Workshops/ Skill building events/ Corporate events organized by Setu

2) Ensure own Punctuality and attendance
