Role Description
This is a full-time BIM Specialist role at Nirman Academy.

As a BIM Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of BIM in architectural projects.

Your day-to-day tasks will include BIM coordination, assisting in the creation of architectural designs using BIM software, managing and updating project data, and collaborating with architects and engineers to develop accurate and efficient BIM models.

This role is a hybrid position that is primarily based in Kochi, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Experience in BIM coordination and utilizing BIM software
Proficiency in architectural design principles
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards
Experience with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems in BIM
Ability to review and validate submittals related to BIM projects
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
