    Tech Lead Software(Java)
    ExperienceRequired : 10 years

    ResponsibilitiesFull lifecycle application development Requirements analysisSoftwareanalysiscodeanalysissoftware review identification of code metrics system risk analysissoftwarereliabilityanalysisArchitecting the system and solution and breaking it down intosmaller componentsforease ofimplementationDesigning coding and debugging applications in various softwarelanguages.

    Coordinate with Business Development team to interact withcustomersforRequirementsGathering as well as for aftersalessupportUnderstanding of functional and nonfunctionalrequirementsEstimation and planning of tasks for project/productdeliverablesMaintaining systems by monitoring and correcting softwaredefects; Consultingclients/colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance ofsoftwaresystems andasking questions to obtain information clarify details andimplementinformation;Software modelling andsimulationPerformance tuning improvement balancing usabilityautomation.

    Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for planning andexecution of thetestingtasksMaintain compliance with all the standards and quality processes ofthe organizationCreating Technical Specifications and writing operational documentswithtechnicalauthorsEvaluate and identify new technologies forimplementationContinually updating technical knowledge and skills by attendinginhouseand/orexternalcourses reading manuals and accessing newapplications.

    Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
    Handson experience in definingarchitecture application design and development of complex webbasedapplications.
    Handson experience on buildingdistributed application using Core JAVA 7/8 SpringSpringboot. Hands onexperience in
    Tomcat
    Working experience with SQL databasessuch as MySQL and NoSQL databases suchasMongoDB/CasandraH
    andson experience on Web services(RESTful API)development.
    Experience with Security Framework for webapplications
    Experience in developing and deploying applications on any cloudplatform Musthave the knowledge of applying the design patterns to variousscenarios.
    Experience working in compliance withISO13485 IEC62304 and ISO27001standardsKnowledge of
    OWASP top ten securityvulnerabilitiesHands on experience with
    AgilemethodologyDemonstrate strong written and oral communicationskills.

    DesirableSkills
    Experience with AWS cloud platform andAndroid Appdevelopment
    Experience with messaging/event drivenarchitecture
    Experience in ORM frameworks such asHibernate/JPA. Caching Paginationand
    performance
    CI/CDexposure to build pipelines and containerization tools such asJenkins/Docker
