    Asa Sr Engineer you will be considered a technical expert in one ormore phases of application and/or systems engineering. Thisincludes providing design recommendations based on longterm ITorganization strategy and expertise regarding the integration ofapplications across the business. You will determine specificationsplan design and develop business critical software solutionsutilizing appropriate software engineering processes eitherindividually or in concert with productteam.
    Collaborate with other engineers product managers designers andstakeholders across the company to deliver highquality products andservices that meet the needs and expectations of our users andpartners.     Learningand Applying NewTechniques
    • Sharesnew ideas and techniques with team; Encourages junior engineers toinvest in learning as a part of theirjob.
    Collaboratingwithin theTeam
    • Participatein team s collaboration sessions to provide technical expertise tosolve a problem/remove technical roadblocks for theteam.
    • Participate inproduct planning and implementation. Helps team to understand anddecomposework.
    DefiningEngineering Standards andPatterns
    • Contributeto develop engineering practices templates and frameworks incollaboration with theteam.
    DevOps
    • Continuouslyassessing technology to build more stable scalable and resilientsoftware using data to measureprogress
    • Promote andexpand on the use of the CI/CD pipeline to improve the deploymentand buildprocess.
    • Participatesin the team support rotation and provides expert knowledge on focussubsystems.
    Selecting& Managing TechnologyVendors
    • Contributeto define the selection criteria for selecting the right technologyvendors.
    • Participatein proof of concept / technology along with thevendor.
    CoachingEngineers
    • Provideguidance to junior engineers to help them learn foundationalsoftware engineeringskills.
    • Providetechnical expertise and help the team to solve technical/softwareissues.
    • Providetrainings to the junior developers and groomthem.
    • Provide domainexpertise on software products in their area to junior engineers tohelp them learn/grow their skills and contribute as part of theteam.

    QUALIFICATIONS& SKILLS: Required:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science or other technical field or equivalentwork experience
    • 7years of experience in engineering environments taking abstractconcepts and ideas and formulating a detailed software engineeringplan to deliver.
    • Soundknowledge of industry standard Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) practices
    • Sound knowledge ofversion and revision control practices and procedures
    • Sound knowledge ofsystems design concepts that provide security and stability.
    • Expertise in JAVAREST SOAPKafka
    • Expertise inSpringBoot SpringIntegration
    • Expertisein debugging code and/or complex log files for troubleshooting andanalysis of product defects
    • Expertise queryingdatabases for complex data lookup/update
    • Perform code reviewswith associate teammembers.
    Preferred:
    • FinancialServices industry experience
    • GitHub
    • PlaywrightTestAutomation
    • Mainframeknowledge a plus
    • Coach/ mentor other team members as appropriate
