Job Description:


As a waiter at our restaurant in Mumbai, Bhiwandi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.


Your primary duties will include:

  • Greeting customers as they arrive, escorting them to their tables, and presenting them with menus.
  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently, answering any questions guests may have about the menu.
  • Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Anticipating guests' needs and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Handling guest inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Assisting with cleaning and closing duties as needed.
Accommodation and food will be provided as part of the employment package.
