Position Overview:

RWDI is seeking a
Project Administrator to join our Project Delivery team in the
Trivandrum Office.

This is an entry-level role focused on data entry and maintenance of client and project databases, supporting local and overseas team members.

The position offers exposure to a variety of project administration duties that will keep you busy and will continuously provide you with challenges.

We seek an organized and enthusiastic person to join our team.

You will help support a team of Project Managers, Coordinators, and Administrators by supporting the administration of enquiries and keeping our client database and project financial and operations systems up to date.

Growth in the role will provide opportunities to assist with the preparation of proposals, analysing financial data and ensuring that client follow up takes place.

The successful applicant is likely to be a confident, self-motivated individual who can work well in a team. Communications skills will also be important both within the team and with external clients.


The role includes but is not limited to:

Administration Duties

  • Perform a variety of project administration duties including project status enrollment in the tracking system, project invoicing, and fetching project financial reports from ERP.
  • Maintains the project/resource schedule (Ongoing project details enrollment in the companyapproved software).
  • Conduct data entry for projects, opportunities, and business activities in company database systems.
  • Support the Project Delivery team on an adhoc basis as and when required on projects, opportunities, and business development activities.

Development in the role will lead to opportunities to:

  • Assisting with the preparation of tender documents
  • Ensuring that Quality Assurances are completed, recorded, and meet company standards and project scope.
  • Initiates and approves project invoicing according to contract terms.
  • A Strong command of the English language
  • Proactivity, strong organizational capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to start up and turnaround situations.
  • Ability to deliver on commitments and exceed expectations.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to successfully meet milestones and control costs.
  • Desire and ability to work in and contribute to project teams. A passion to work collaboratively in a facepaced team environment.
