Phone Banking Officer Freshers Also Apply

Responsibilities:


  • Manage relationship with clients and act as their primary point of contact for banking services.
  • Understand clients' financial goals and objectives and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Ability to convince.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary:
Rs.14,000-20,000/month + Incentives up to Rs.15,000/month
