Responsibilities:

Tele-calling - Capture the tenant requirement and match with the Onboarded properties list.

  • Coordinate with the Visit team and arrange for tenant visit.
  • Convince the prospective customer and close the deal.
  • Scouting for properties as per tenant requirement.
  • Meet and convince the Owners to tie up with the Company.
  • Onboard the properties after ensuring that the property qualifies the entry criteria.
  • Take property pictures and share it with the backend team for ad posting.
  • Followup with the Adposting team and ensure that the properties of interested owners are posted and visits are assigned to such properties.
  • Make a list of furniture and fixtures available at the property and share it with the backend team for documentation.
  • Conduct quarterly property audit for all the onboarded properties.
  • Document collection and handling deliverables.
  • Lead generation by posting ads through SEO's
  • Follow up.
  • Negotiate.
Educational Qualifications

  • Any degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive experience creating and managing leases.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and problemsolving skills.
  • Wellversed in general ledger practices and principles.
  • Demonstrated market and product knowledge.
  • Sound business acumen and attention to details
Work Experience & Requirements

  • 3 years' experience
  • 80% will be the field work and 20% will be in house work.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Sound understanding of conversion and performance marketing.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen eye for details.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment as and when required.
  • Demonstrate excellent keyword research techniques.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong decision making and reasoning skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic.

Salary:
₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
