- Effectively communicate in Hindiand English to engage with a diverseaudience.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets forlead generation and tele sales.
- Maintainaccurate and uptodate records of customer interactions in thedatabase.
- Provide information about products orservices and answer any queries fromcustomers.
- Collaborate with team members andcontribute to achieving overall teamtargets.
- Stay informed about product/servicefeatures and updates to provide accurate information tocustomers.
- Adhere to call scripts andguidelines to ensure consistency incommunication.
- Excellentcommunication skills in Hindi andEnglish.
- Previous experience in Outbound Telecalling Tele Sales or lead generation.
- Abilityto meet targets and work in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Strong interpersonal skills andthe ability to build rapport withcustomers.
- Detailoriented with goodorganizational and multitaskingabilities.
- Basic computer skills andfamiliarity with CRMsoftware.
