• Outbound Telecalling exposure ispreferable

1. Conductoutbound calls to potential customers for leadgeneration.
2. Effectively communicate in Hindiand English to engage with a diverseaudience.
3. Achieve daily and weekly targets forlead generation and tele sales.
4. Maintainaccurate and uptodate records of customer interactions in thedatabase.
5. Provide information about products orservices and answer any queries fromcustomers.
6. Collaborate with team members andcontribute to achieving overall teamtargets.
7. Stay informed about product/servicefeatures and updates to provide accurate information tocustomers.
8. Adhere to call scripts andguidelines to ensure consistency incommunication.

1. Excellentcommunication skills in Hindi andEnglish.
2. Previous experience in Outbound Telecalling Tele Sales or lead generation.
3. Abilityto meet targets and work in a fastpacedenvironment.
4. Strong interpersonal skills andthe ability to build rapport withcustomers.
5. Detailoriented with goodorganizational and multitaskingabilities.
6. Basic computer skills andfamiliarity with CRMsoftware.
