Vice Principal - Nursing School
Experienced nursing educator with a Ph.
D., holding 10+ years in leadership roles.
The Vice Principal collaborates with the Principal to oversee academic, administrative, and strategic aspects of the nursing school, ensuring quality education and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Oversight:
Align programs with accreditation standards, contribute to curriculum development, and guide faculty on best practices.
Faculty Support:
Assist in recruitment, mentorship, and evaluations to enhance faculty effectiveness.
Student Engagement:
Contribute to creating a positive learning environment, address student concerns, and support student success initiatives.
Administrative Coordination:
Collaborate on day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
Community Relations:
Represent the nursing school externally, fostering positive relationships with clinical partners and stakeholders.
Strategic Initiatives:
Support the development and implementation of strategic plans aligned with institutional goals.
Qualifications:
MSc. Nursing & Ph.
D.
10+ years in nursing education leadership.
Active nursing license.
Location :
Bangalore South.
Familiarity with accreditation standards.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Salary:
₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
