The position is for
_Embedded Engr II_ for Radios group within Communication, Navigation & Surveillance COE, HTS Aero India.

Primary responsibilities include

Be part of a global team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex software functions within Honeywell Aerospace Electronic Solutions, CNS (Communication, Navigation, & Surveillance).

Main objective will be to develop, test and integrate robust well documented embedded software at both a high and low level that interacts directly with hardware.

Actively contribute to business growth and innovation.

You must have

B.TECH/M.TECH/MCA - Computer Science/Electronics Engineering with 3-6 Years of experience

Good in-depth technical knowledge of C, C++, and exposure to firmware language programming.

Knowledge of embedded software development in areas of boot and device drivers (SPI, EMIF, RS-422).

Capable/Support in Requirement development (High Level SW, Low Level SW Requirements)

Capable in oral and written communications

Possess technical knowledge about I/O interfaces like Ethernet, A429, RS-232, A615A Data loading

Possess Analytical and debugging skills on Real target hardware, hands on experience is an advantage.

Worked in GNSS Domain as added advantage

We value

Exposure to radios concepts as well as modelling and simulation frameworks.

Exposure to signals and systems and basic signal processing concepts.

Demonstrated ability in software development for avionic systems, DO-178B/C process.

Exposure to requirement management tools such as DOORS.

Exposure to real time operating systems (RTOS).

Knowledge of configuration management tools like JIRA/Bitbucket (Atlassian Tool set)

Basics of GNSS (Knowledge about multiple constellations, position and error determination)
