We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our products/services. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service over the phone.


Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services and explain their benefits.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, followups, and responses to marketing initiatives.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively present solutions to them.
• Provide accurate information about our products/services to answer customer inquiries.
• Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to convince customers to make a purchase.
• Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, feedback, and information on potential leads.
• Stay updated about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
• Participate in sales training sessions to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
• Follow company guidelines and ethical standards in all interactions.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
