Description

Ø Understanding planning, shipping, Store (Plant) management and inventory systems.

Ø Managing daily routes/schedules of shipments

Ø Tracking the progress of shipments

Ø Knowing all aspects of Plant (Store) operations

Ø Reviewing inventory needs and keeping adequate stock

Ø DWM Meeting, SQPDCME/ TPM monitoring

Ø SQPDCME/ TPM monitoring

Ø Inward material handling

Ø Order execution as per KPI SLA & co-ordinate with Functional Head.

Ø Material check of dispatch consignment, Proper material positioning.

Ø Documentation of Inbound & Outbound consignment.

Ø Daily PI list preparation & handover to functional head.

Ø Bin mapping & replacement of material update in SAP

Ø Inward discrepancy reporting & system closure after discussion with customer

Ø Timely material opening & binning.

Ø Material Replenishment and Material Requisition monitoring as per SLA.

Ø 5S Monitoring and FIFO implementation and monitoring

Ø Monthly PI schedule & daily report submission.

Ø Non-moving inventory reconciliation & report submission on monthly basis.

Qualification & Experience Required:
- Any Graduate/Dip. In Automobile/Mech. will get preference with Good Experience in Plant/Implant Logistic Automobile with a minimum - 4 years of experience in a similar profile.

₹15, ₹16,000.00 per month
