    Job Title: Presales Consultant

    Salary: 4 Lakh + Incentives

    Introduction:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated IT Presales Consultant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our sales and technical teams, supporting the presales process and contributing to the success of our business.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in Preparing Proposals: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to gather requirements and assist in preparing high-quality proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral to showcase our IT solutions effectively to potential clients.
    2. Customer Requirement: Research client requirements, industry trends, and competitor offerings to gather relevant information supporting the presales process.
    3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
    4. Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to design customized IT solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
    5. Client Communication: Assist in coordinating meetings, calls, and presentations with potential customers to discuss their requirements, present our solutions, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
    6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all presales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and other relevant documents.
    7. Support Sales Team: Provide support to the sales team, including participating in sales meetings, preparing funnel reports, and performing other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in a presales or technical sales support role is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Visio, and other relevant software tools is preferred.
    • Self-motivated with a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
