- Assist in Preparing Proposals: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to gather requirements and assist in preparing high-quality proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral to showcase our IT solutions effectively to potential clients.
- Customer Requirement: Research client requirements, industry trends, and competitor offerings to gather relevant information supporting the presales process.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
- Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to design customized IT solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
- Client Communication: Assist in coordinating meetings, calls, and presentations with potential customers to discuss their requirements, present our solutions, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all presales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and other relevant documents.
- Support Sales Team: Provide support to the sales team, including participating in sales meetings, preparing funnel reports, and performing other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a presales or technical sales support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Visio, and other relevant software tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
