Responsibilities:
Market Research:
- Conduct research on client requirements, industry trends, and competitor offerings to gather relevant information.
- Design and build the appropriate presales demonstration environment and keep this updated.
Assist in Preparing Proposals:
- Collaborate with delivery managers, Senior Management, Product Team and Support Teams to gather requirements and aid in crafting highquality proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to effectively showcase our IT solutions to potential clients.
Customer Requirement Research:
- Conduct research on client requirements, industry trends, and competitor offerings to gather relevant information supporting the presales process.
- Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
Solution Design:
- Work closely with the technical team to assist in designing customized IT solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
- Participate in the project definition workshops and design sessions, to ensure consistency of messaging from sales activity.
Client Communication:
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with potential customers to discuss their requirements, present our solutions, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Maintain key relationship with customers and prospects (senior business level and technical level
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all presale's activities, including client interactions, proposals, and other relevant documents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelors or master's degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent.
- Solutionoriented analytical skills.
- Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact.
- Wellversed with Excel and CRM software.
- Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and/or digital products is a plus.
- Experience in international markets like APAC, Europe and middle east is a plus.
- Selfmotivated with a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.

Pay:
₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
