Job Designation:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).

Experience: 3-4 years of experience required


Skillset:

  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the resort's management and corporate office.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve the resort's financial performance.


Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and manage the resort's annual budget.
Monitor budget performance and make adjustments as needed.
Prepare financial forecasts to assist in planning and decision-making.


Internal Controls:
Establish and maintain effective internal control procedures to safeguard resort assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify financial discrepancies.


Cash Management:
Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs.
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts regularly.


Cost Control:
Analyze costs and expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.


Financial Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws.
Prepare and submit necessary financial reports to regulatory agencies.


Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the finance team, including accountants and financial analysts.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance.


Financial Strategy:
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the resort's financial strategy.
Provide financial guidance for long-term planning and investment decisions.


Vendor and Contract Management:
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and pricing agreements.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
  • Several years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 23 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Salary:

₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
