Job Summary:

The primary role of the Accounting and Finance trainer is to lead all the new hire

training activities. Develop content, assist and facilitate periodic review, implement

project-specific standard operating procedures (SOP) training for new and existing

employees of the project assigned to the Accounting and Finance Department.


Role and responsibilities:


  • Train the new hires joining in the accounting and finance department and
make them ready to handle client accounts and books.

  • Analyse the training needs of the current team and ensure that the
employees perform to their maximum potential.

  • Track the training progress of employees and ensure that they have
completed the training assigned to them in the LMS.

  • Assist in the development of training content and materials.
  • Assign training or conduct training as per the training need of the team.
  • Facilitate the on job training in consultation with the team managers to
ensure that the training man-hours are achieved.

  • Evaluate the training effectiveness of the training delivered and adopt
methods to improve training effectiveness.

  • Work towards assisting the teams to consistently achieve their
performance metrics of the team.

  • Conduct refresher training when required.
  • Train the employees identified under the Positive Performance Plan.
  • Track the individual development plans of the employees working in the
Accounting and Finance Department.


Skills

  • Minimum 4 year of experience working as a trainer or team lead in the
accounting and finance department.

  • Prior exposure to US accounting standards
  • Exposure to accounting software and ERP systems like QuickBooks is
preferred.

  • Experience with financial reporting tools and advanced MS Excel skills are
preferred.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Package:
Up to 12 LPA


Qualification

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a
related field

  • ISTD Certification or any other training related certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification is an added advantage

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
