• Technician Level:
  
• Execute production activities according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
  
• Operate manufacturing equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
  
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
  
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  
• Senior Executive Level:
  
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in the General Injectable division.
  
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the development and launch of new products.
  
• Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness through process improvements and technology adoption.
  
• Represent the company in interactions with regulatory agencies, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  
• Officer :Execute and oversee all aspects of the production process for injectable pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
  
• Supervise production staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  
• Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in injectable products.
  
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and industry standards.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• Leadership abilities with a track record of driving results.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
