Job Summary:


EyeMantra Hospital is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Tie-Up Manager to spearhead our efforts in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporate entities.

The Corporate Tie-Up Manager will be responsible for identifying potential corporate partners, negotiating agreements, and fostering long-term relationships to promote EyeMantra Hospital's services and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and research potential corporate partners across various industries, including but not limited to insurance companies, corporate employers, and healthcare providers.

Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate tie-up strategy aligned with EyeMantra Hospital's business objectives and target market.

Proactively reach out to corporate decision-makers and stakeholders to present EyeMantra Hospital's value proposition and services.

Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing structures, and service level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to customize offerings and deliver exceptional service to corporate clients.


Coordinate promotional activities, health camps, and awareness programs in collaboration with corporate partners to increase brand visibility and attract potential patients.


Monitor and evaluate the performance of corporate tie-up initiatives, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.


Represent EyeMantra Hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand reputation and establish thought leadership in the healthcare sector.


Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance practices, and market dynamics is advantageous.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with corporate clients and attend events.
