Responsibilities:
- Must have handling experience as a personal secretary
- Coordinate and arrange activities according to the Directors office.
- Appraise the Director of the day to day activities of the section
- Arrange appointments and meetings for the Director, recording same in diary and ensure the Director has the appropriate documentation for each appointment.
- Prepare replies to routine correspondence for Directors signature.
- Take dictation of correspondence as required
- Maintain a filing and trace system
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.
- Should have the ability to assist the given responsibilities of her boss in his absence.
- Make travel and Hotel arrangements for Director expeditiously and accurately
- Handling administrative work maintaining admin file.
- Should have the ability to handle Directors personal accounts and Investments
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Have good Knowledge of Tally 7.
0 & 9:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Outlook, word, excel. Power point etc
- Good Knowledge of Record keeping
- Pleasant Personality.
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
