    Description
    We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team.

    You will play a critical role in driving innovation and optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our business.


    Essential Qualifications:

    • 12+ years of experience developing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
    • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
    • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture and core functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
    • Expertise in object modeling, data modeling, and relationship design.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce development languages like Apex and Visualforce (Lightning included).
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce security best practices and governance.
    • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and tools like Heroku Connect or Mulesoft.
    • Experience with building user interfaces using Visualforce or Lightning Web Components.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce testing methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Salesforce DX).

    Bonus Points:

    • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) for building custom portals.
    • Experience with Salesforce Einstein (artificial intelligence) or other automation tools.
    • Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to mentor and guide junior Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Salesforce applications and customizations.
    • Optimize existing Salesforce configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
    • Develop and maintain code adhering to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
    • Automate manual processes and workflows using Apex and Process Builder.
    • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs.
    • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
    • Document technical specifications and solutions for future reference.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
