Customer Success Associate

About the job


This individual will work closely with the Technical Teams and act as a bridge between various teams to make sure that our students are up for success.

This individual will also be instrumental in creating long-lasting partnerships and responsible for driving positive outcomes.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Perform onboarding of accounts with the students and ensure the best ongoing engagement throughout the student's lifetime.
  • Responsible for smooth onboarding of the students and making sure that all the access is granted/queries are resolved on time.
  • Responsible for tracking the progress of the students at every stage and providing guidance for successful completion of the course.
  • Put forth a communications strategy that maintains and fulfills high student satisfaction.
  • Act as the liaison with the technical team, and other areas of the business to ensure the best students' satisfaction.
  • Take student success reviews periodically and resolve concerns with the assistance of the
Technical Support Team.

  • Make sure that all the monthly/weekly milestones of the students are completed on time.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Exceptional comprehension and articulation skills
  • Stellar planning, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Client management expertise and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to people from different backgrounds
  • 02 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Sales, or Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

Compensation Structure:

The compensation for this job would range between 3 LPA to 4 LPA

₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
