Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage appointments and scheduling for meetings.
- Ensure the front office area is organized and presentable.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a front office or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
