Must Have:

Excellent English communication skills
- Both verbal and written
Willing to work in US shift
Looking for long-term association therefore must be ready for 18 months of commitment period with the company
Initial training of 3-4months will be Compulsory WFO from Ahmedabad Office
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
