    Overview:

    The QualityEngineer/Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring thatour products meet the established standards of quality andreliability. The position is crucial in maintaining the high levelof quality control within the organization and it directly impactscustomer satisfaction and the companysreputation.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop andimplement quality control plans andprocedures
    • Conduct inspections and testing ofmaterials and products
    • Analyze data to identifyareas for improvement in the qualitysystem
    • Participate in the resolution of productand process problems
    • Document testing andinspection results
    • Conduct internal audits andsupplier evaluations
    • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to drive processimprovements
    • Provide technical support tomanufacturing and engineering teams
    • Participatein the development of new products andprocesses
    • Ensure compliance with industrystandards and regulations

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inEngineering or a related field
    • Provenexperience in quality engineering orinspection
    • Strong knowledge of quality controlprinciples and practices
    • Proficiency instatistical analysis and datainterpretation
    • Experience with qualitymanagement systems (e.g. ISO 9001)
    • Excellentproblemsolving and analyticalskills
    • Detailoriented with a focus onaccuracy
    • Strong communication and interpersonalskills
    • Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment
    • Certification in quality management(e.g. CQE) is a plus
