    Description

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement quality assuranceprocedures and protocols for all warehouse operations includingreceiving storage picking packing andshipping.

    2. Conductregular inspections and audits of warehouse facilities equipmentand processes to ensure compliance with quality standards safetyregulations and company policies.

    3. Lead and supervise a team of qualityassurance inspectors and technicians providing guidance trainingand support to ensure consistent and accurate quality inspectionsand testing.

    4.Establish and maintain quality performance metrics and keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate warehouseperformance and identify areas forimprovement.

    5.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including operationslogistics procurement and customer service to addressqualityrelated issues and implement corrective and preventiveactions.

    6. Investigatecustomer complaints nonconformities and quality incidents and leadroot cause analysis to identify underlying causes and implementcorrective actions to prevent recurrence.

    7. Implement and maintain quality managementsystems (QMS) and documentation including standard operatingprocedures (SOPs) work instructions and quality manuals to ensurecompliance with quality standards and regulatoryrequirements.

    8.Conduct training sessions and workshops for warehouse staff onquality procedures product specifications and quality controltechniques to promote a culture of quality excellence andcontinuous improvement.

    9. Monitor and analyze quality data and trendsand prepare regular reports and presentations to communicatequality performance trends and improvement initiatives tomanagement and stakeholders.

    10. Stay updated on industry trends bestpractices and regulatory changes related to warehouse qualitymanagement and incorporate new knowledge and insights intowarehouse operations and quality assuranceprocesses.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelors degree in Quality ManagementSupply Chain Management Industrial Engineering or a related field(or equivalent work experience).

    2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in qualityassurance or quality control roles preferably in a warehouse ordistribution center environment.

    3. Strong knowledge of quality managementprinciples methodologies and tools (e.g. ISO 9001 Six Sigmastatistical process control).

    4. Experience in implementing and maintainingquality management systems (QMS) and conducting internal andexternal audits.

    5.Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability toanalyze data identify trends and drive continuous improvementinitiatives.

    6. Strongleadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectivelylead and motivate a team and collaborate with crossfunctional teamsand stakeholders.

    7.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with theability to communicate complex technical concepts and informationto diverse audiences.

    8. Attention to detail and a commitment todelivering highquality results with a focus on customersatisfaction and continuous improvement.

    9. Proficiency in quality management softwareand tools (e.g. ERP systems document control software statisticalanalysis tools).

    10.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in afastpaced warehouse environment while maintaining a positiveattitude and commitment to excellence.
