DevOps Engineer

Analog Devices, Inc. is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Medical Products Group in Bengaluru, India.

ADI's Digital Healthcare unit combines ADI's sensing expertise and high-quality hardware with state-of-the-art software running both on the edge and in the cloud to deliver improvements in quality of life for patients using our connected medical devices


As DevOps Engineer you will leverage your knowledge of automation, security, and operational excellence to create and maintain best-in-class cloud infrastructure that runs FDA and HIPAA-regulated medical products software.


You will work hand in hand with stakeholders from engineering, QA, security, and regulatory affairs to deliver infrastructure that leverages automation for deployment, updating and monitoring.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Help develop a best-in-class monitoring environment and respond rapidly to incidents
  • Work with development engineering teams to Implement cost-saving improvements within the AWS cloud
  • Support and maintain existing CI/CD pipelines, and implement improvements in pipeline execution and reporting
  • Support audits and requests for data from sensitive environments (ex: production)
  • Generate and maintain FDA related and other documentation as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's /Master's degree in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science 8+ years working on Cloud Platform with at least 3 years in AWS
  • Know how to use technologies like Ansible or AWS CloudFormation to bend infrastructure to your will.
  • Ability to write code in TypeScript
  • Experience supporting, monitoring, and maintaining a deployed web apps, with experience in developing new tools or configuring existing tools for metrics, reporting, alerts, etc.
  • Good understanding of databases
  • SQL and NoSQL.
  • Good understanding of the fundamental tenets of microservices architecture and familiarity with the operational challenges of deploying and managing these services.
  • Source control and version management (Git)
  • Good understanding of containerized deployments using docker, Kubernetes into cloud.
  • Experience using build systems like maven, gulp and Gradle
  • Experience working with different CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with international teams is a big plus.
  • Sound knowledge of SDLC processes waterfall and agile
  • Good problemsolving skills, and the ability to produce creative solutions that deliver significant productivity boosts

Nice to have:

  • Experience with IoT and internet connected products
  • Experience with other Cloud platforms like Azure and google cloud
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.

Education Level:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree

Travel Required: 10%
