    Description
    Client is a leading brand inFMCG/CD Job title:Global Process Manager Location:Pune Responsibilities:
    • Define and implement the globalR2R process roadmap to deliver targeted business benefits and easeof process use for the end user. Key subprocess componentsinclude month end closing journal entries account reconciliationsIntercompany Fixed Assets lease and Cash and Banking.
    • Influence and align with R2R GPO on potential R2R processchanges.
    • Provide insights into shapingpolicies related to R2R process and institute process improvementsto drive improved adherence to policies.
    • Define and implement KPIs and performance measuresassociated with the R2R process. Lead benchmarking activities andcontinuous assessment of global process performance measuresdriving measurable improvements in the process overtime.
    • Support R2R GPO in any systemimplementation / enhancement initiatives to the extent impactingR2R process.
    • Identify drive and monitorcontinuous improvement related to the R2R process and createopportunities to bring service innovation to Kohler Co.
    • Ensure adequate and timely root cause analysis tounderstand problem drivers and implementation of necessarycorrections and/or changes.
    • Identify anddrive process automation including robotics for the processarea.
    • In consultation with business/functionsand service delivery teams support the identificationprioritization and implementation of process improvements to drivebetter business outcomes.
