    Manager - Operations (Process Excellence)

    Job Description:

    As a Manager/Senior Manager of Process Excellence, you will play a crucial role in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize business performance. The Manager/Sr. Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, design new processes, and ensure their successful implementation.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership of post sales delivery and growth across the client portfolio
  • Deliver performance and efficiency along with managing and nurturing the rapidly growing Business Operations team.
  • Builds strong relationships and support business leaders, peers and team to deliver operational transformation, continuous improvement and maximize customer delight.
  • Builds multi-year business and business transformation planning to lead operational change and maximize operational benefit.
  • Supports the build of a culture of operational excellence that can enable sustainable profitable growth.
  • Defines and Upgrades the required processes/ways of working to drive optimal results
  • Supports the design of global business process frameworks and guidelines to enable consistent ways of working.

    • Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8-12 years of Business Operations Management experience preferably in a rapid growing Technology / Marketing organisation
  • Experience in Process Definition and Change Management
  • 4+ years of people management experience (must-have)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous learning mindset and a passion for driving organizational excellence.
