Description
Order Managment & order execution profile with key responsibilities as below: PL 10.Timely booking & processing of Sales orders. Weekly review of overdue orders.
Timely imports to enable availability in Warehouse for timely dispatch to customer and achieving the desired targets of Reliability.
Monthly Review & updating of Master.
Collaborate with internal & external agencies like BDC, BU, Sales Excellence, Sources, EXIM, forwarders, CHA etc to ensure timely corrective action/ solution & order execution
Response to customers urgency. Customer Relationship Management which includes customer complaint.
Monitoring and initiating necessary actions for defined KPIs such as Digital FIT & Delivery Reliability.
Frequent review of material availability & customer clearance to achieve Revenue plan.
Working on RPA Projects.
Encourage team and create a great working culture within the team
