The Account Executive works as an
individual contributor and will be responsible for new business development in the Indian market.
Together with the centralized headquarters in the Netherlands and its sales, marketing, and product management, you will devise a go-to-market strategy, based on the understanding of the market's specific challenges, and needs, working closely with them to execute the plan.
In this role it is important to understand omnichannel customer experience and engagement.You are able to think in automated solutions for existing processes and therefore know how to create a win-win situation.
You will need to remain current with technological advances, exceptional product knowledge and thoroughly understand your clients' needs to provide optimal solutions.
Through active outbound, marketing leads, networking, extensive communication, and an awareness of ongoing client requirements, you are expected to develop, grow, and expand business partner relationships.
You are autonomous and focused on creating processes for acquiring the mid-tier and most innovative clients across key verticals, like e-commerce, travel & leisure, ed-tech to fuel our rapid growth.
You own the responsibility for developing and maintaining key account plans that identify opportunities, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing
- Must have background in SaaS Sales for ecommerce, retail, leisure & travel, and utility industries focusing on midtier clients
- Minimum of 2 & a maximum 5 years relevant working experience and a proven track record of success
