Job Overview:


We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team residing in Chandigarh and the Tricity area.

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services through effective communication and sales techniques.


Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the Chandigarh Tricity region.
  • Introduce and promote the company's products/services to generate interest and sales leads.

Product Knowledge:


  • Acquire indepth knowledge of the products/services offered by the company.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous communication.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information about products/services.

Sales Target Achievement:


  • Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding sales quotas and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Complete necessary documentation related to sales and customer details.

Feedback and Reporting:


  • Provide regular feedback to the sales manager on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Qualifications:


  • Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Punjabi is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
