Position Overview:
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and

implementing our social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

You will leverage various social media platforms to connect with our target audience, build a strong

online presence, and promote our real estate services. Your expertise in social media management,

content creation, and community engagement will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand reputation

and attracting potential homebuyers, sellers, and investors.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to define social media goals and objectives aligned

with business objectives.

Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences, trends, and

opportunities.

Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that encompasses content creation,

engagement tactics, and performance metrics.

Manage social media channels:

Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content for various social media

platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and

YouTube.

Develop compelling visual assets to support social media campaigns, including graphics,

images, and videos.

Monitor social media channels, and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages

promptly and professionally.

Moderate usergenerated content, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and

community standards.

Stay uptodate with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media

trends.

Drive community engagement:

Foster a vibrant online community by proactively engaging with followers, influencers,

and industry stakeholders.

Develop and implement strategies to encourage usergenerated content, user reviews,

and referrals.

Initiate and manage social media contests, giveaways, and promotional campaigns to

increase brand visibility and engagement.

Identify and collaborate with industry influencers and partners to expand reach and

build brand advocates.

Analyze and optimize social media performance:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and social media metrics to assess the

effectiveness of campaigns and content.

Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on social media performance,

providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different content formats, captions, and

posting times to optimize engagement and reach.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners:

Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader

marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Coordinate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and impactful social

media assets.

Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized content creation or

advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective best practices, and paid

advertising options.

Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and

persuasive copy.

Familiarity in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative and captivating content ideas.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
