Job Summary:

_

The Office Co-Ordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations of Hurun Report India. This includes managing office infrastructure, coordinating with all the vendors, managing supplies, and providing administrative support to the team. The Admin will also be responsible for maintaining the database, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with other departments as needed.

Responsibilities:_

  • Manage office infrastructure, including maintenance of office equipment and supplies
  • Strongly Coordinating with all the vendors for office supplies, Hurun Events, and services
  • Maintain and update the database, including contacts, vendors, and clients
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing travel arrangements, organizing meetings.

Requirements:_

  • Bachelor's in any field
  • Freshers and 0 2+ years of experience in administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
