Description
1. Support & provide customer service via chats/Calls- Handling customer queries.
- Complete responsibility of managing and maintaining the Clients.
- Meeting the expectations of the customers and other duties as assigned.
- Build relationships with the given client accounts to get repeat business.
- Should be able to answer servicing questions.
- Provide prompt solutions for the queries and should execute them.
- Be polite in calls and maintain the quality in every call they handle for the entire day.
- Handling Operations part as well
NOTE :
Only Female Required
Salary:
₹18, ₹26,109.15 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajmer Road, DCM, Jaipur , Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Operations: 1 year (preferred)
