In this role, We're looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process with special focus on order management, order fulfilment, claims, pricing, and credit management. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly highpressure business environment while being a good standout colleague and should have led a team size of ~10 to 50 people._

- _Responsible for all the activities related to Order to Cash domain including order management and fulfilment, credit management, pricing, claims, and Cash Application_
- _Experience of balancing new transitions, phasing from strategic assessment till operations set up with zero surprise delivery_
- _Timely and effective communication with internal departments for issue resolution_
- _Drive transformation, standard methodologies' framework, case studies, benchmarking for making processes more efficient and effective_
- _Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects), good to have lean and six sigma certified_
- _Participate in governance meetings at country/region level; closely work with the team and ensure right collaboration with the team members accurately to meet the results and empower & help them to develop the process standards_
- _Prior experience of some automation / tool deployment_

- _Any Graduate / Preferred B.Com_
- _Good Interpersonal Skills -verbal and written_
- _Flexibility to any shift_
- _MS

Office knowledge and Strong Email and Customer call handling etiquettes_

- _Team leading Experience_

Preferred qualifications_

- _Good customer handling skills_
- _Proficient in English_
- _SAP/Oracle knowledge_
- _MBA in Finance_
