Job Title:
Digital Marketing executive

Responsibilities:_


Digital Strategy Development:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize digital campaigns.

Social Media Management:


  • Manage and oversee social media accounts to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):


  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, onpage and offpage SEO, and regularly analyze SEO performance.

Paid Advertising:


  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor budgets, analyze performance metrics, and make datadriven decisions.

Analytics and Reporting:


  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of digital marketing efforts.
  • Generate regular reports and provide insights to improve future campaigns.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, design, and development, to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

Stay Updated on Trends:


  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in social media marketing.
  • Recommend and implement new strategies or tools to enhance the social media presence.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Salary:
₹8, ₹16,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
