Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.


Sales Cycle Management:

Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, including conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and addressing customer concerns or objections.


Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.


Achieving Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, prioritizing activities, and implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.


Market Research and Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities, improve sales strategies, and maintain a competitive edge.


Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, customer satisfaction, and alignment with company objectives.


Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the sales manager or senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.


Customer Relationship Management:

Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and sales transactions.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
