    Description

    Key Responsibilities -

    • Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives, from defining research objectives and methodologies to synthesizing insights and presenting findings to stakeholders.
    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis, to gain insights into user needs and preferences.
    • Mentor and coach junior researchers and designers, providing guidance on research best practices, methodologies, and techniques.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate user research insights into the product development lifecycle and drive informed design decisions.
    • Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to align research goals with business objectives and user needs.
    • Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the importance of research in creating meaningful and impactful user experiences.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX research and design, and share knowledge with the team.

    Qualification -

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
    • 4+ years of experience conducting UX research for digital products and services, with a focus on qualitative and quantitative research methods.
    • Proven track record of leading complex research initiatives and delivering actionable insights that inform product strategy and design decisions.
    • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members to excel in their roles.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design decisions.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate research findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to align research objectives with business goals and user needs.
