This role will be part of a team, that is focussed on creating high-value, actionable research output that works towards growing Cognizant digital operations business (BPS).

In addition, the Associate will manage/mentor other research analysts and interact directly with BU leadership as required.


Role Requirements:


  • MBA (reputed institutes preferred) with minimum 68 years of relevant experience, preferably in research.
  • Experience with KPO/BPO, consulting firms preferred.
  • The professional also needs to develop research ideas, formulate hypotheses, and validate them, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize findings, and demonstrate strong business writing acumen and presentation skills.
  • Other basic skills expected are Analytical skills, Ms-Excel, Power point, financial analysis knowledge and good command over written English with excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong interests in research is preferred. Any experience with Tableau, R analytics can be a value add.
