We are currently seeking a AWS Cloud Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Background

As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud architect, you will be responsible to architect and manage the cloud environment for a Digital Banking Asset.

Duties include architecting and implementing cloud solutions, automating cloud operations and cloud deployment, and programming.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with business leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and Cloud architecture and configuration
Work closely with lead architects and engineers to create and maintain architectural templates and build/operational documents
Monitor compliance of cloud resources to see if they fit industry guardrails and best practices
Work with DevOps and engineering teams to develop service catalogs and pipelines
Identify automation opportunities and lead design/implementation for the same
Identify costoptimization opportunities as part of FinOps

Must-Have Qualifications

Overall IT experience 10+ years and 5 years of experience as handson senior Cloud engineer on AWS
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, Kibana, Istio, Kong, Jaeger, Prometheus, Logstash, Secret Manager, CodeBuild etc.
Experience with deployment of Webhook, Microservices and API
Experience with security and network configuration on Cloud
Understanding of data analysis, data visualization and eventdriven architecture
Experience with setting up load balancers, cloud networks, and virtual servers
Strong oral and written communication skills
Selfmotivated with the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
