    Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

    Location: Mumbai

    Job Description: As the Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. You will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure that our technology backbone is robust, secure, and aligned with our business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Lead the strategic planning process for IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and growth projections.

    · Oversee the deployment of hardware, software, network components, and other IT infrastructure elements.

    · Manage ongoing maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of critical systems.

    · Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's infrastructure from cyber threats and unauthorized access.

    · Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and projects are delivered within budget constraints.

    · Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    · Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring that they deliver quality products and services that meet the organization's needs.

    · Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the resilience of critical IT systems.

    · Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, conducting audits and implementing controls as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

    · 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

    · Strong technical expertise in areas such as networking, system administration, and cybersecurity.

    · Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies.

    · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    · Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, CISSP) are a plus.
