Role and Responsibilities:

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively contacting potential customers through outbound calls to generate leads and promote our solar products and services.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their energy needs and educating them about the benefits of solar energy solutions.
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities and tailor our offerings to meet customer requirements.
  • Effectively presenting our solar products and services, handling objections, and closing sales over the phone.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Keeping uptodate with industry trends and solar technologies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Previous experience in telesales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers over the phone.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track progress.

Salary:
₹15, ₹17,588.01 per month
