As an
Online Bidder, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities and projects for the company through various online platforms and marketplaces.

Your role will involve actively participating in the bidding process, crafting compelling proposals, and building relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

You will play a crucial role in expanding the company's client base and revenue streams.


Responsibilities:


  • Regularly browse online platforms such as freelancing websites, bidding portals, Upwork and other relevant platforms to identify potential projects and opportunities that align with the company's expertise.
  • Prepare and submit well-structured, persuasive, and comprehensive proposals in response to project requirements.
  • Conduct research on clients, their businesses, industries, and competitors to better understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly. Stay updated on market trends and demands.
  • Negotiate terms, timelines, and budgets with clients while ensuring that both parties' expectations are met. Strive to secure projects at competitive yet profitable rates.
  • Maintain records of all bidding activities, communications, and project details. Keep track of successful bids, revenue generated, and conversion rates for performance analysis.
  • Gather feedback from clients on proposals and projects, and incorporate insights into future bids to continually improve success rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance the company's offerings and stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating persuasive proposals and interacting with clients effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure projects at favourable terms for the company while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • A solid understanding of the digital services industry, market trends, and client expectations is crucial.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when crafting proposals and reviewing project requirements to avoid misunderstandings.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with online bidding platforms like Upwork, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
