Role Description
This is a full-time and on-site role as a Field Executive/Surveyor - Industrial & Warehouse Services located in Gurugram.

As a Field Executive/Surveyor, you will be responsible for field visits, site inspections, and surveys, including regular maintenance follow-ups on Client Service Requests and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.

You will also be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Relevant experience of 2 years in conducting industrial & warehouse surveys and site inspections, preparing reports on excel, preparing PPT's etc.
• Good knowledge of Gurgaon industrial & warehouse market and excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Good communication skills, as well as a peopleoriented approach to new and existing clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Teamoriented, resultsdriven, and able to multitask.
