Key responsibilities:
- Ensure quality of treatment for the patients in the hospital (In-Patient/ Out-Patient therapies)
- Conduct daily rounds to review vital parameters, overall outcomes progress and wellbeing of patients; work with primary physician for treatment modifications in case of any fluctuations/ issues
- Prepare daily treatment schedule, allocate therapists appropriately and ensure medicines availability
- Prepare and update patient records, discharge summaries and care logs
- Support Primary Physician for consultations and documentation
- Step in and assist patients in case of emergencies
- Work with Primary Physician for trainings and documentation (for NABH and other quality certifications)
Salary:
₹24, ₹30,000.00 per month
