Estimation/Quantity Take-off
Qualification:
B.E. / M.E. in Civil Engineering
Experience:
l 0-1 Years in Quantity Takeoff.
l Experience working in an outsourcing company would be preferred.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Reading the set of drawings and specs to determine the scope of work.
- Generate a detailed estimate/takeoff for the project scope.
- Create and submit estimate/Takeoff reports.
- Using estimating tools for developing quantities.
- Actively commuting with the client for project.
Skills and Qualification:
- Detailed oriented team player with ability to manage multiple tasks, read sections and elevations, produce quality work, and consistently meets deadline.
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Selfmotivated, project driven responsibilities and ability to complete work unsupervised.
- Quick Learner.
- Should have knowledge of HVAC, Lumber/Drywall Takeoff.

- Measure by RFMS

- Autobid Mechanical
- Excel
Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
